A consumer purchasing a product from the Shabbes Makeup website is entitled to cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
The summary below is a non-binding overview of the full and binding rules stated in the Consumer Protection Law. Nothing in this summary limits the rights of Delta or the consumer’s legal rights under the Law.

1. A transaction made on the Delta website can be canceled under the following terms, excluding transactions involving customized products made specifically for the consumer (e.g., items printed with a symbol at the consumer’s request), unless the cancellation is due to a defect in the product or a mismatch between the product received and the details provided on the website.

2. Cancellation period:
   The purchase can be canceled within:
   (a) 21 business days from the transaction date;
   (b) 14 days from the date the product was received;
   (c) 14 days from the date of receiving a document containing the details mentioned in section 14c(b) of the Consumer Protection Law – whichever is later.

– The transaction may be canceled by contacting the company’s customer service by phone. The cancellation will only be valid after receiving a confirmation email from the company approving the cancellation. If the cancellation is approved – the product must be returned to the company, with all return costs borne by the customer.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with the original invoice, and within 14 days from the date of purchase.

– In the event of cancellation, the company will refund the customer.

– The company will not accept returns of products that were opened, damaged, used, or that can be opened without any visible indication of use.

– The company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or ₪100, whichever is lower.

– Subject to the above conditions, the company will refund the amount paid for the returned product, after deducting the amounts it is entitled to by law.

– Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.

– Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, and if the consumer returns the purchased product, the return shipping costs will be at their expense.

– For products purchased as part of a promotion, the return policy will follow the terms of the promotion as published by the company or the lower value between the promotional and regular price.

– If the cancellation is made after the customer has already received the product, the customer will bear the cost of returning the product to the company, in addition to the cancellation fee.

This cancellation policy applies only to products purchased through the website. The company does not handle returns of products purchased through other sources.

Product Supply and Delivery

– The company will deliver the product to the address entered by the customer during the purchase, within 14 business days.

– The company is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by force majeure or events beyond its control.

– Product delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer during the purchase, to a nearby service point, or via self-collection by prior arrangement and by selecting this option on the website.
